Steps

1. Choose Help, then Contact support

   In the computer app on a Mac, the Help menu is in the menu bar at the top of your screen. On Windows, select the menu button with three lines in the top-left corner of Enjoy, then choose Help. On Linux, use the menu bar in the Enjoy window. Your email app opens a new message to help@enjoy.dev.

2. Describe what happened

   Say what you were doing, what you expected, and what you saw instead. Paste any error message exactly as it appears.

3. Add your details

   Include your kind of computer and its system, your Enjoy version, and whether you were using the computer app, the web app, or the iPhone app. If the computer app closed unexpectedly, choose Help, then Show logs, and attach the log file.

4. Send it

   The team replies by email.

Good to know

• You can also open Your account and select Support under Community. It opens the same email.
• From your phone or any other device, write to help@enjoy.dev from your usual email app.
• Never include passwords or sign-in codes, such as the codes an agent shows when you sign in, a pairing code, or an email confirmation code.

If something goes wrong

Unable to contact support

Enjoy couldn’t open your email app, for example because none is set up on this computer. Email help@enjoy.dev from any email app or website you use.
