Terms of Service.

1.Definitions

“You” means the person using Enjoy. “Agent” means an AI coding agent Enjoy runs for you, such as Claude Code, Codex, Grok Build, Antigravity, Muse Code or OpenCode. “Enjoy” means the desktop app, the web app, the Unlimited plan and this website, from Enjoy Agentic Industries.

2.Using Enjoy

To use Enjoy, you need an account and the Unlimited plan. You may use Enjoy for personal and commercial work, as long as you follow these terms and the law.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us at help@enjoy.dev if you think someone else is using your account.

3.Your agents and AI accounts

Enjoy doesn’t have its own AI model. Each agent is its provider’s own program. It runs on your computer and uses your own account with that provider, or the models you’ve set up in it. Your use of each agent is governed by that provider’s terms and policies, as well as these terms, and you are responsible for following them.

Enjoy adds no markup to your agents. What you pay each provider is between you and that provider.

4.Your work

Your projects, files and conversations are yours, and they stay on your computer. How we handle information is described in the privacy policy.

Agents can make mistakes. You decide what to keep, so review their changes before you rely on them, ship them or share them.

5.Unlimited

Unlimited is Enjoy’s plan. A new account can try it free for 7 days, once. After the trial, Unlimited costs $14.99 a month, billed monthly through Stripe, our payment provider, until you cancel.

It includes one computer. Each computer you add after the first costs $9.99 a month, billed with your plan. Your phone and browsers connect to your computer at no extra cost. Team members you invite to your computer each need their own Unlimited plan.

You can cancel at any time from your account. If you cancel during the free trial, you won’t be charged. Otherwise a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and Unlimited keeps working until then. Your project files stay on your computer either way.

6.Acceptable use

Don’t use Enjoy to break the law, to harm other people, to get into systems or accounts you aren’t allowed to use, or to interfere with Enjoy or the people who use it. We may suspend access that does.

7.Changes, availability and liability

We keep improving Enjoy, so features may change. We’ll update this page and its date when these terms change.

Enjoy is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Enjoy Agentic Industries is not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by agents, their providers or the services you connect.
